LA County Breastfeeding Summit
Breastfeed LA holds a County Breastfeeding Summit every two years that brings together a select group of decision makers in the health care community who are actively involved with improving breastfeeding practices.
The overarching goals are to increase the number of Baby-Friendly Hospitals in LA County and to develop the systems to guarantee continuity of skilled support for lactation between hospitals and health care settings in the community.
