The Regional Breastfeeding Consortium (RBC) consortium is co-hosted by BreastfeedLA and the County of Los Angeles Department of Public Health. The RBC convenes monthly meetings to:

- Bring together public health officials, hospital staff, and quality improvement experts
- Discuss meaningful ways to improve hospital breastfeeding policies and practices
- Link hospitals to important sources of information about breastfeeding and quality improvement
- Celebrate successes in hospital breastfeeding in LA County
This policy initiative brings together public health officials, hospital administrators, and breastfeeding and quality improvement experts to discuss meaningful ways to create systems change and improve in-hospital breastfeeding policies and practices.
