Nakeisha N. Robinson, MA, LMFT

Nakeisha Robinson is a community health and social justice advocate who partners with local organizations focused on improving the lives of mothers, families and babies. She has worked passionately and extensively in Los Angeles and surrounding communities around health disparities negatively impacting women, babies, and families through community resident and direct service provider curriculum development, educational presentations, program implementation and coalition work. As a cultural broker and community research ambassador with iDREAM for Racial Health Equity, she has worked to develop curriculum and provide Cultural Humility trainings to maternity care providers. Mrs. Robinson is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist currently working with the LA County African American Infant and Maternal Mortality (AAIMM) Doula pilot project as the clinical consultant to address the Black/African American infant and maternal mortality crisis through increased access to doulas.
